Safe for children, by design
Safety is the main reason families and schools should choose this over general social media.
- Only education. Every post is checked by AI and by teacher moderators.
- Students under 16 need a parent's approval. Accounts for children under 13 are run by parents.
- Adults cannot message children unless they are linked by a class or booking. Parents can see tutor chats.
- Location is shown only down to district level.
- Live classes with children are recorded and kept for 90 days for safety.
- Tutors pass ID checks. A police clearance badge is shown when they have one.
- Only helpful reactions. No dislikes, and no follower rankings for children.
- You can download or delete your data at any time.

Questions
Is it safe for children?
Yes, safety is built in. Students under 16 need a parent's approval, and adults cannot message children privately unless linked by a class or booking. Parents can see tutor chats, and live classes with children are recorded and kept for 90 days.
What can people post?
Only learning content: notes, questions, explanations, projects and study tips. Memes, gossip, politics, selling and leaked exam papers are not allowed.
Will it cost money?
Core learning is free for students. Tutors pay a small commission only on bookings, and schools pay a yearly price per student, with a free plan planned for small community schools. Final prices will be set after this feedback.
How are tutors checked?
Tutors upload their citizenship or national ID and degree certificates, and our team reviews them before they get a Verified badge. Reviews come only from students who finished a booking.
How do payments work?
You pay with eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, Fonepay or card. Tutor payments are held until the class is done. You can reschedule for free up to 12 hours before, and cancelled classes are refunded.
Will it work with slow internet?
Yes. Classes switch to audio and slides on weak internet, notes can be downloaded for offline study, and important updates also come by SMS.
Does it use the Nepali calendar and NEB grades?
Yes. Dates are shown in Bikram Sambat, and grades and GPA follow the NEB letter-grading scale.
When can I use it?
It is being built now. We will start with a free pilot in a few schools, then launch in Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar and Dhangadhi.
